really well done game overall. i really love everything about this entire game. i think the sound effects and music were perfectly timed and perfectly chosen to fit the mood of the scene changes. i played through several times and the first time i got 4/5 so i got the alligator ending. i messed up by choosing to work on my project instead of fixing the picture frame with Trisha. second time i got the pie ending. the third time i played through to see the dialogue for picking all the choices that upset Trisha, none of the ones that made her happy. i really love this game and the art style is really pleasing and unique. i like how the artist can draw characters in a regular light and also a creepy, demented light. as a fellow artist that isn't always easy to do.

Spoilers to get the Pie Ending!

Damn, this was quite heart breaking... The grief that Trisha went through was so obvious meanwhile Dani had to hold it in together. I can't imagine the pain he had to go through... Not only that, but the actions Trisha did had no excuse. But then again, to grieve is truly an ugly and painful thing to do... I just have to say that the art is superb, I love the expressions that were shown and how visceral they all feel, and the fact that you can see the mental deterioration that Trisha is going through so clearly is quite disturbing.

It's a wonderful sad tale, at the very least in the Pie Ending, while MC couldn't get in their dream job Trisha was finally stable enough. I do hope we do see an epilogue about what happened to MC and Trisha and Dani since MC suffered a lot.

Also, to get the Pie Ending is here!!!

Basically, you just need to be agreeable to Trisha. You need to agree and do what she says so she becomes attached to you and genuinely cares for you, but it's twisted in her grief. The scores you see are the choices you made.

Here is a more detailed one:

> I think we can fix it.

> Yeah we can work on that now.

> Fine.

> If you say so.

And there you have it, the ending with Okay or No doesn't really matter when you have no choice there. Hope this helps and this was quite a lovely gut wrenching visual novel! Spooky that's for sure, god I was terrified of the expressions and sound effects.

Thank you so much for playing! I am so glad you enjoyed the art and the themes. Fun fact, this game was originally a short story from Trisha's point of view. Hopefully, I was able to keep the menacing factor of her without her introspections. Again, thank you so much for playing!

Ohh that is interesting! I'd love to see what Trisha was thinking about during the entire stay she had with MC, I feel like it'd be super messy, chaotic, and just painful to read through...

The art is incredible

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it!

I was both equally sad and creeped out while playing this. I’ve never seen something like this done before so I enjoyed the creativity!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate you taking the time to give it a go! ✨✨

una historia completamente impactante, la música y la ambientación desoladora ayudan muchísimo a la estructura argumental del juego, simplemente un gran trabajo.

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it!

This game was so creepy and twisted...I LOVED IT

Ahhh thank you for playing!!!! Xoxo

What a great game. I liked the art, that's what got my interest in the first place. So unique and...creepy. I think the art really fits the theme.

Here's my little take on this game. No facecam or commentary and I broke my playthrough into parts and here's the first part:

I'm so glad you liked the art! Thank you so much for playing xoxo

The art style of the game drew me in and I thought I'd give it a try. The art is amazing! The manic expressions were well done and they definitely conveyed the horror theme well. For a first game, it's nicely executed! I especially love the monochrome. As a renpy user myself who's trying to get the hang of things, I thought I'd give a few tips for your future projects. First off, I noticed that the sprites change sizes between expressions. I found that an easy way to keep this from happening is to keep your canvas size consistent when drawing. I found about 720 pixels high seems to work best. Also, if you go into the game files and select the one titled 'GUI' you can change all sorts of things about the game, like the textbox and the choice buttons by replacing the preset images with your own. First projects are hard, (Believe me I know, I'm still working on mine) so it's such an amazing accomplishment to complete one! Keep up the good work! :)

Thank you so much for playing! Yeah, I had issues with the scale and even tried scaling them to fit but it didn't work lol. I got scared to change the GUI but I do want to experiment more with custom work in the future. Thank you so much for your insight and words of encouragement. It means a lot! Good luck with your project!

nice drawns

Thank you :)

You did such a great job at creating an immersive and VERY unsettling environment. I’ve gotta say it definitely felt like a short, horror visual novel where the difference between motherly love and twisted obsession is only one bad choice away.

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it. and found it unsettling lol xoxo

Ohvgosh, it was good

Ahh thank you so much! I’m glad you liked it 🥲

this is this the best video game ever! and I should know I've played every video game ever!!

Thank you for your knowledge xoxo

Hi there, I am DragonExplosion and I am a Youtuber. If you like my videos, please leave a like and subscribe at my channel.

This was a depressing visual novel about the mental turmoil that a grieving mother and father has to face. When being put into the shoes of the main character, how would you make decisions in the face of the mother despite knowing what it could possibly lead to is a moral dilemma throughout the game. I did manage to get the Pie ending and was glad that I kept trusting Trisha even though she kept on letting the main character down.

The game uses music, sound effects and the storyline effectively, to grab the players attention and allows players to understand the emotions revolving around each part of the game. The shaky words and amazing visual art added on to the horror and how stressful the situations are in the game and I really enjoyed the game overall.

Would be good if some of the gory parts of the story was actually drawn out XD. It would add on to the horrifying and stressful atmosphere that the game has brought out.

Thank you for reading my comment and I wish you good luck in your future endeavours.
